General Information

Boggy Creek Airboat Rides started with a six-passenger airboat in 1994. We have since become a "must see" location for travelers all around the world. We strive to maintain a unique experience for our visitors by limiting a maximum amount of travelers per day into the wetlands. You will notice that we built our store and camping sites around mother nature, not over it.

We have been featured on many educational films, books and articles including the Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, BBC and morning TV shows.

Our fleet of airboats has grown to over eight 17-passenger airboats and four 6-passenger private airboats. We opened our second location in 1996 to support our tremendous growth. This location is located at Southport Park, a former historic state park once visited by one of our United States Presidents. Over a million passengers have learned about the Everglades by exploring the Wetlands with Boggy Creek Airboat Rides.
